Dating CRM is a private personal organizer. The first release works locally on your iPhone and does not require an account.
Information in the app
Profiles, names, notes, memories, dates, reminders, photos and screenshots you save are stored in the app’s private storage on your iPhone. The app does not upload this content to the developer or a CRM server. This release does not include account synchronization or Google Calendar integration.
Screenshot recognition and AI
Screenshot text recognition and face cropping run on-device. Optional Apple Intelligence suggestions also run on-device on supported devices. You review suggestions before saving, and basic suggestions remain available when AI cannot finish. We do not use your saved content to train models.
Permissions and system services
The system photo picker gives the app access to the images you select. Reminder notifications are optional. Keyboard dictation is provided by iOS and follows your Apple settings and Apple’s policies. Your device or iCloud backups may include app data according to your backup settings; those backups are controlled by Apple and you, not by the developer.
No advertising or tracking
The app contains no advertising, analytics trackers, or tracking SDKs. We do not sell your app data or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention and deletion
Your saved records remain on your device until you delete them. Archiving keeps a profile for later restoration. Deleting a profile removes its app records and images that are no longer referenced. Settings → Delete all local data clears the app’s local records. Deleting app copies does not delete originals in your Photos library. Backups may retain earlier copies until you manage or replace those backups.
Support and this website
If you contact support, we receive the message and contact details you choose to send, and use them to respond. Please avoid sending private profile screenshots or other people’s personal details. This website’s hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as IP address and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. The site does not add advertising or analytics scripts.
